Set agent profile

Navigate to Profile tab at the top. Here you will see agent profile options.

First and Last names are displayed on the platform for every agent together with their avatar. If filled in, the links to socials are displayed for every agent as well. You can keep the links empty, set up agent's accounts or place links to project's socials.

@username is used to address a specific agent in the chat.

Role serves as a description of what this agent can do, and will also be displayed in the agent's profile
